Spreads & butters
Perfect for breakfast, brunch, a light meal or tea time, the spreads and the butters are delicious on toasts, crepes or waffles, and also with cheese, foie gras, rillettes and roast meat. Our spreads and butter are mainly concocted from wild or organic fruits picked on Quebec's North Shore, along with organic cane sugar. No preservatives and no added water, as well as reducing the cooking time of our spreads preserves the authentic quality and flavours of the fruits.
