From kid snacks prepared by mom to sweet treats coveted by grown ups
Michèle Beaulieu, a loving mother, enjoyed offering delicious sweets to her three children. She quickly met with success, from the kids' playground to the parents' cupboards. In 1996, Michèle opened her first store in Baie-Comeau's town centre. In 2012, she created the Confiserie Boréale factory to meet the growing demand from her foodie clients. Today, her delights are in fine food stores and boutiques across Canada.
